Students and families
Cape Fear Center for Inquiry is a public charter school. Most forms on this website ask only for a parent's or visitor's contact details. A small number, such as school fee and program forms, also ask for a student's name and grade level, which the school uses only to handle that request. Applications for admission are submitted through SchoolMint, and Bully/Harassment reports are submitted through a Google Form. Those services are operated by third parties on the school's behalf; this website does not receive or store what is entered there, and their own privacy policies apply. Information submitted through this website is handled under the school's own policies, including the Student/Family Handbook and the school's Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment notice. Student education records are not collected through this website and are protected separately under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
