NC Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) is a statewide effort to promote school improvement practices that ensure the highest possible success for all children. By employing engaging, research-based academic and behavioral practices and data-driven problem solving, MTSS is intended help maximize growth for all students.

In the past, you may have heard these practices referred to as Response to Intervention (RtI) or a Problem-Solving Model.
